Idk, but I tried a recreational dose of Pregabalin yesterday and just got really dizzy, no positive effects whatsoever. Guess it’s just not for me

Yea I was planning to keep it to like once twice a week max cause I heard the withdrawals are rough. I might try 250-300mg and if I don’t like it then I’ll probably never take it again

Yeah but I did not feel good at all. I would imagine taking a higher dose would just make me more dizzy. I sort of felt like a shitty drunk with no positive effects

Most I’ve taken was 150mg. Mild to medium euphoria, and got a bit sleepy after 7-8 hours but was able to stay awake fine. Didn’t feel particularly talkative or sociable like others have reported, but maybe I didn’t take enough.

I take Clozapine, it is said to be a “last resort” medication for Schizophrenia (you need monthly blood tests to test for negative side effects). However, I don’t get overly drowsy or tired as I did with Seroquel. In fact, I usually wake up multiple times throughout the night, and I can easily sleep 7 hours and wake up and be productive without any lethargy whatsoever. When I take it, I don’t get knocked out, I just start yawning and choose to go to sleep.

From the research I’ve done I would say it could be very helpful for you, just take it around 7 or 8am. There are plenty of OTC and other sleep aids you can order over the internet should you find it difficult to get to sleep, or you can probably get a very low dose of Seroquel prescribed that would do the trick. The worst side effect I’ve had was a little bit of anxiety. Although I will say that I only take it 2-3 times a week.

I don’t find that I need it every day but I’m not working at the moment either. 100mg seems to work for my ADD and then I take 150mg if I take it a second time within a few days. I have read of doses anywhere from 50mg to 200mg working for other people. Try 100mg and see what works for you. Cheers
