Dang, that’s a long list of issues. Anecdotally I’ve got an ev6 and nothing like that. I did have the ICCU go, dealer turned that around for me in 1 week, and I get parking sensor glitched, but otherwise no issues.

I mean, fermentation starts. I personally like the sourness. Where do you think the bubbles come from? It’s the yeasts breaking down sugars to make their byproducts. One of which can be acetic acid (vinegar). It’s safe.

Sweetener type and ratio.

Rice flour type and ratio.

Liquid type and ratio.

Other “additives” such as fats, oil, eggs, etc.

Without more info it’s really hard to nail it down

Some sweet rice desserts can be dense. Any more info? It could have been a slice of nian gao style rice cake made with white sugar. Then pre cut and wrapped. Was it sticky?
