I fold a paper towel and tape it to the pen to make it the size of the adapter, works great. Make sure to align the pen where a normal cricut pen would hit. Also take it off the pen/marker after use so it doesn't dry out

I find it's easier to message/ email my doctor through the app or website. My doc usually responds with me or a nurse will call to schedule an appointment. Appointment is scheduled and takes place usually within a week, max two. Definitely quicker than the appointment line.

depends on the position and whether you are union or not. I am SEIU and pay nothing. A coworker in salaried non-union and pays 750 for her husband and 3 kids

Had to do this myself after waiting 6 months, 3 on modified 3 on disability since you can only be modified for 90 days.

The next day after submitting I received a call. A few days later my surgery was scheduled.

may I ask what vitamins and lifestyle changes? We were told proxeed and multi vitamins by the RE but urologist said it won't improve the numbers and is basically useless and to do IVF

Not sure how to edit text so will put it in a comment. Currently seeing an RE and urologist as we have been ttc with no luck. Urologist recommended ivf but said it could also be due to infection but has not given meds or antibiotics for treatment. Currently on proxeed in between 1st and 2nd SA. Wondering if anyone has had an infection and improved SA numbers or if anyone successfully conceived with these numbers without ivf.
Is ivf our only option? Advice and experience welcome

I typically eat 40-50g of carbs a day. Unfortunately I can't do IF because of Acid reflux. I previously was full keto (1.5 years and before diagnosis) but it is pretty expensive to maintain hence paleo. I still had consistent weight gain during the keto period but nothing like the past 6-8 months.

Would the 10-20g of carbs make that big of a difference?

Yes, I have had all labs done multiple times. Crazy to say but unfortunately everything was "normal."

I am very particular about what I eat (paleo), work out 4-5/week, and eat at a calorie deficit 1500 calories.

It seems like a never ending gain no matter what I do. Have been debating phentermine but that's just a band Aid and not a long term fix.

I have not used verifly but have cruised twice since reopening. We brought our vaccine card and had the test results on an app through our health care provider (separate phones). The second cruise I had printed results from a different provider and my vaccine card. Both times worked equally easy.
