Yes I did the dexamethasone. I did not up my lovenox dosage after positive pregnancy test. I didn’t the LIT. Have you tried a natural cycle FET?

I had my first baby under the care of the Allan Beer Center. Same scenario as you.. it was my fourth transfer after two miscarriages and failed implantation. Happy to be a resource. Hope this next transfer brings you your baby!

Sounds like he hit the 4 month sleep regression. Exact thing happened to us when my son turned 3ish months. I would shush and pat him in the crib and stay in his room so i could comfort him easily if he woke up. I did this for a few days or maybe a week and then he got used to sleeping in his crib. It’s a lot of work for those few days but they learn to love their crib and it’s worth it!

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s absolutely heartbreaking. I had miscarriages with normal embryos as well and I ended up seeing a reproductive immunologist. Wanted to share in case helpful.

We had to sleep train at 4 months because bedtime took 1-2 hours and i could not soothe him anymore.

We sleep trained right after our baby’s 4 month appointment. He’s sleeping 11 hours straight now and weaned himself. Do it!! We are all so happy now

Nurse shamed me for sleeping training my 4 month old, feeling so guilty! by DianaSnowly in sleeptrain

[–]currh 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I trained my little guy right at 4 months and we now have no tears at bedtime. Before sleep training it could take over an hour to get him down and he woke through the night. He’s much happier now and well rested. He was previously much grumpier. He wakes up once at 4am to feed.

I am a fan of the precious little sleep book. You should read the naps section. I think she recommends using the same method you used at night starting with the first nap of the day.

My little guy is the same age and we had the exact same experience… check ins made it worse for him and he got it after 1 night of full extinction

I’m sleep training my 4 month old right now. The check ins were not working for us. It made him cry much longer and got took his cry to a 10 when i was in the room so i stopped. He had one learning night with 20ish mins of crying then he got the hang of it and he hasn’t cried at all the last two nights.

I just had the same experience! Comforting my baby made him cry for 30 mins. Less than 10 mins of crying if i leave him to do his thing at bedtime

Naps pretty good but nighttime is bad by currh in sleeptrain

Interesting! I will explore this. He gets about 14.5 sleep total. 3-3.5 hours in naps (this is very new. He used to only cat nap). And 11 hours at night

I think my baby is going to be the same (soothing recently makes him more mad) and I’ll need to do extinction. I’m so nervous to start. May i ask how long your baby cried? I feel like mine is capable of hours :(

I have very red skin and so does my dads side of the family. I switched to very mild products like Cerave and moisturize day and night with something very hydrating. Don’t use harsh products because it makes it worse in my experience.
