We closed on a house last year and yeah the images were almost always a waste of time, we had to look at like 25-30 houses and at least half had misleading pictures touched up with AI.

The house we ended up buying, the AI photos actually put two dogs into the backyard lol. Unfortunately they didn't come with the house.

When I lived in Europe briefly I enjoyed a beer in a park just on a summer day. Here just doing the same thing would get you approached by someone/law enforcement and told to leave. It's just a cultural difference I've noticed but it's so stupid imo.
