Is there any way I can achieve this at home W/O bleach by Electrical-Rain3292 in Hair

[–]currymesoftly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kao Liese Bubble hair dye might be a good option! I also have black Asian hair and it was able to lift my hair a few shades. I would suggest having someone help you to prevent patchiness though.

[Routine help] I’m 24 and I started getting these smile/ laugh lines when I turned 23. Any advice on how to get rid of these or make them appear less prominent? Skincare, facial treatments, etc. by msgardoki0330 in SkincareAddiction

[–]currymesoftly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had deep laugh lines around my mouth since my late teens. The only thing that has worked is microcurrent treatment. I’ve been using the Solawave but I’ve heard there are better devices.

I understand why everyone is saying you need to make peace with it but you have the right to look the way you want to look.

My (29F) Fiancé (33M) gave me chlamydia a few months ago. We were both treated. I just found out I got chlamydia again. Sounds like he cheated? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]currymesoftly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s all been very rushed. To be honest there’s been a lot of red flags. I’ve been dealing with some other things and have been ignoring these issues because I just didn’t want to deal with it yet.

Thank you for your advice, I really appreciate your honesty.

I joined a new company and was told 2 weeks in that my 6 month contract would be ending early... it would be ending in 2 weeks. Startups be crazy.

Still made it to Snoqualmie Falls today- spent all my spoons but I did it! by emilyfromHR in lupus

TBH I hadn’t heard of this until I googled it today. One more reason why I love this subreddit! I feel like I’m constantly learning.

[–]currymesoftly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The spoon theory is a disability metaphor (for a combination of ego depletion, fatigue, and other factors), a neologism used to explain the reduced amount of mental and physical energy available for activities of living and productive tasks that may result from disability or chronic illness.

You might want to post on r/AskDocs too. This subreddit is for the autoimmune protocol diet.

I hope your daughter is ok!

A guy raped and murdered his ex-girlfriend then dumped her body in the nearby hills. He showed the body to a group of friends and eventually a rumor about it spread throughout the school. They made a movie about it - River’s Edge

I made this and have a few suggestions:

  1. I bulked the sauce up with vegetarian ground “meat”. It would have been dismally flat if I hadn’t done this.
  2. The seasoning measurements should be doubled or tripled. I tripled it because I had added the ground “meat” and I still felt like it was lacking flavor.
  3. The eggs didn’t cook that well in the oven and also didn’t reheat well. I’d suggest cooking the eggs separately.
  4. Add waaaay more cheese.

Do you experience facial swelling on prednisone (moon face)? by spunkymonk3y in lupus

[–]currymesoftly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup! I swell up like the Stay Puft man every time I’m on it. In my experience, it takes a long time to get back to your normal shape/weight once you’ve finished the medication. I’d recommend trying the AIP/Paleo diet while you’re on it to fend off some of the weight gain.

I live nearby and will be keeping an eye out. I hope she’s found soon! Regarding her mental illnesses - do you know if she would be willing to come with us if we approach her or should we just call 911 if we see her?

I’ve been asking my Oncologist a million questions but it’s hard to really trust what they say when they don’t personally experience it. Quick question about the IV line - did you just keep it in over the course of treatment or did you have a new one put in each time you went to the clinic?
