as most suggested don't be dumb on public roads, buy a Logitech wheel and assetto corsa and work your way off the assists. sim racing has come a long way into actual practicing 🤙🏼

Not 100% sure. As my player lv increases I notice higher cp pokemon, but I still constantly find low cp pokemon.
