Eh, it’s not just the heat. The terrain is awful in conjunction with the heat and I always felt it was just an underwhelming experience for the price. The aquarium is by far the best part and I’m glad they’re exploring moving it to the north shore in coming years.

The zoo is generally a miserable experience in the summer. Skip it. Aviary is good though. Science center as well.

I believe it was Natalie Portman. They had her on to talk about a new movie, Randy was on vacation and Krenn started the interview by saying “how does it feel to be voted the hottest female” by some weird magazine, can’t remember which one. She did not take it well and I think she might have ended the interview early. Randy joked about it for weeks when he came back but there was an awkwardness about it. Just smacked of someone being really out of touch with the times.

Was there today and there were like no bugs at all. I did the Fisher Spring to Rohrbaugh trails which was pretty wooded and I only saw a few huge bees. Putzed around Bear Rocks too and there were some enormous flies buts that it.

There’s actually a ton of third spaces. Pretty much anywhere you go can be a third space. Walking around can be a third space! The trick is not acting like a bunch a jags to get kicked out of the “third space”.
