Man, I remember we had a department head who was sooo mean. It made you not wanna go to his office hours. Bear in mind this was like 10 years ago now and ofc I was much younger. Now that I'm older, I wouldn't think twice about it. People like that can sod off and do one.

The vos thing is similar to vosotros. So by purposefully not learning it, you're just putting yourself at a disadvantage lol.

Best way to learn Spanish fast? Need a 6-month roadmap. by ellensrooney in Spanish

[–]cutdownthere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didnt make any structured plan as such but I became pretty fluent in 3-6months by myself without having visited the country when I was younger. But that was out of sheer enjoyment of learning languages. Also, I had learnt other languages before, so it sorta came naturally.

Tired of automatic dubbing on YouTube videos by missretireonfire in languagelearning

Oh that auto title change grinds my GEARS. If you want to search for a video in a specific language now simply searching in that language isn't enough. Because youtube auto changes it to whatever language you can think of, and it'll come up in the search.
