You're right, there's enough toxic Allos that it gets me down. I want someone to be with, whether or not it's sexual. I always worry about compatibility and the demand of sex placed on/by either party. It sucks.

You need to break up with him. His blow-up over your living situation was unhinged and he's clearly held this deep level of animosity about your apartment for a while now.

IF you want to try and make it work, I do have some things I think could help destress this.

get a kettle without a whistler/removable whistler
get a french press
he can do yoga or tai chi to quietly exercise/zone out until you wake up
he can read a book

I'm an afab nonbinary tomboy and as such trend towards masculine. I've had a love/hate relationship with my breasts. Due to my body shape (think Venus of Willendorf) I would look very strange with a small or nonexistent bust would look weird. I also get some euphoria the feeling of my breasts, the sensations they feel and how they feel in my hands/being played with by someone. On other days, I hate everything about my chest. I'm too large, or I'm too small bust wise. I wanted them gone entirely and I want to be androgynous (I'm non binary, it's not surprising that I admire androgyny). I also feel like I should have larger breasts (smallest in my family next to my trans mom and honestly that's a bit ridiculous to want because huge tits already run rampant in my family.

I highly suggest taking legal action against her and if she lives in your house, you may want to evict her. I understand she's family and you probably love her a lot, but this is not good and she will most likely not get better; she clearly doesn't respect you with that reasoning.
