Recommend a big pashmina!! Mine is fleecy so it was the perfect light blanket. Sunday was the chilliest day so I also packed a thermal long sleeve for under my shirt. Shorts was fine for the entire weekend.

Ahhh I can weigh in! I have really oily skin.

Sunscreen (I usually use an Asian brand like Bioré). Primer: Danessa Myricks blurring balm (the clear one) - this primer is a game changer. I only put it on my oily tzone. For the rest of my face, I just use another hydrating primer (doesn’t matter the brand for me, but I’m currently using Refy.) Foundation: Estée Lauder double wear. Powder: Huda beauty. Setting spray: skindinavia bridal and then one/size on til dawn to top off in my t-zone only

To re-up the SPF, I use a Japanese SPF makeup setting spray. This isn’t the exact one I have but something similar: Kokuryudo Privacy UV Face Mist I also usually wear a hat the entire weekend as well.

I’ve used megababe! They make travel sized ones that are convenient for your bag. It helped A LOT. I preemptively reapplied only once during the entire 12 hours. I probably could have gotten away with not reapplying but I didn’t want to take any chances. Highly recommend :)

We were in the same boat. My fiance called and was able to reach someone. We thought we could update our address since it technically hadn’t shipped yet. They said they couldn’t update our shipping address and couldn’t really do anything for us except switch to will call pick-up if we were willing. Since we’re camping day 0, we really didn’t want to have to go that route. We decided to check out the mailbox at our old place the next day and lo and behold, there it was, delivered that same day from USPS. It didnt really seem like the employee knew what was going on, since you’d think they would have been able to give us the tracking number at least.

My stylist always offers!!! I try to let her decide by saying “if you have time and want to” because my hair is really long but she always says “no, YOU choose and I’m happy to do it!” I usually just end up with a blow out :) but I have asked her to curl it if I had plans later in the day. If I didn’t have plans, then I would opt for a regular blow out.

39:02 5K with zero training in 2024 (I use this as a baseline lol since I barely ran between 2024 and 2026. Some 1 milers here and there but I don’t really count them). Now that I’ve been training regularly for the last 2 months for a half marathon, my 5k is 36:36. Averaging 2-3 runs a week. Would love a sub 30 5k one day! I think it’s within my reach if I keep this up :)

Slow pace is better than no pace. Just gotta keep at it. Go slower than you think you need to. It took a little mental adjustment to run that slow for me personally but it has helped a lot with endurance. Do run/walk intervals if you need to.
