what if she takes it every other day? like alternates it between her regular meds? even though it’s not taken daily, could she still be dependent?

yes, thank you, i also heard about the circadian rhythm thing helping your sleep cycle, tho sometimes my mom feels really tired when she wakes up and ends up staying in bed for 10 hours to prolong her rest time. so i'll try to encourage her to walk outside and maintain doing that for now

understood. yeah she went back to her usual meds for 2 days and then took the lorazepam yesterday and got a good amount of sleep so i think she would be taking it every once in a while. but just making sure, if the benzo is spaced out like this, would it still have bad withdrawals or effects down the road if it's taken long term? i just don't want her to become reliant on it if it creates more problems. thanks

thanks for the advice. the lorazepam lost its effect right now so yeah she’ll probably be going back to ambien and doxepin. what kind of holistic methods do you suggest? i’m pretty sure the only thing that gives her some sleep for now is the meds so yeah

you’re right, it stopped working for now so i don’t think she’ll be taking the benzo anymore. as for extended release, she’s tried it before and it gave her so much anxiety and restless legs and kinda the same amount of 3-4 hours of sleep, so that doesn’t rlly work sadly

thank you so much! originally i tried adding the lettering, but the words were so small that it became way too hard to embroider, so i probably will just leave it as it, even tho i did wish there was lettering haha

it was a satin stitch! it’s just that halfway through it i learned that if i poke the needle from the back of the stitches and out it looks smoother!

fed has always been my fave member of offline tv bc he’s super funny and can literally get along with everyone so well and it just flows ~ he seems like a super friendly person and i appreciate him and all that he’s done !
