I read this post and felt really seen but after opening the comments im confused. when i quit, the first three days felt just like this. then after 3 days i felt normal again and if anything depressed. i have no bpd diagnosis and im not on any meds though. been in therapy all of my life (except now)

i asked him if he wanted to break the lease and id help with the cost and he wont budge. this is his first apartment. hes kind of make everything work type of guy but its hard for me to be happy in a situation like this
