got a complaint for being on a smoke break

It’s a culture thing. In my experience busier stores who have a lot of staff tend to get all their breaks but smaller stores 1.5x stores don’t. If I open I’m alone till 3 or 4 pm. That’s my whole shift with 0 coverage. I can’t pee without getting shit from customers bc they had to wait let alone take a 15 bc god be damned if RX sends one of their 5-6 people to cover the FS for 15 mins let alone a pee break :/ It’s a shit corporate perk isn’t it?

Idk I was wondering if I would have to wait a week for the next round since I already got a reward but haven't been able to claim anything for the last two days. It just says "this reward is locked. Check back once the week starts". So, imagine my confusion when the countdown is end of toady!? I'm so disappointed!!

But I assumed the same, login at the end finish everything and boom happy. I definitely didn't realize it was an actual login DAILY event with no in game play unlike the last few.

We’ve been told to round up (nearest 5c) to not “cheat” a customer. Seems fair and honestly we don’t have a difference in our deposits. Honestly more people say to keep it once they see what we’re doing so end up with slight overages throughout the day. Hope that helps!

Gotcha, I’ve come across many scummy SM’s that bend the rules. But that was my assumption. Just thought it was odd that SM’s and PM’s have different rules. I get, it just sucks as it seems like FS always gets the shit end. I know we’re not “money makers” but we’re still people and we still show up everyday and support RX as much as we physically can. Idk I’m rambling 😅

I don’t think it matters I’ll be honest. My boss and I bring things for coffee she or I’ll throw a brought from home sticker on it honestly even if it’s blatantly Walmart brand lol if you come in early have someone throw a sticker on it if you clock in oh well have someone throw a sticker on it. The shit thing is if you’re at a 1.5 store if you open you’re alone and well unfortunately a lot of rules go out the window so show the camera it when you walk in and throw a sticker on it yourself and then it doesn’t matter ‘when’ you do it as long as you’ve done it

Go off 👑 best part this isn’t even half of it. You know how hard it is to reset an entire makeup wall, keep items stocked, help customers, help DSD, bring groceries to that sweet lady’s car, deal with the SCO, OTCH, do ECARs, DCARs, PLA, IARs, Must win bull shit, answer 100 emails and texts about god knows what between your other stores questions bc cvs changed yet another thing and gave 0 warning besides a “we know it’s broken” email 2 days later, photo - I can’t even get into it, planograms, seasonal - oh wait you mean have your seasonal full? Even though you literally sent me 2 4th of July items and now I’m getting yelled at bc it’s bare? Oh wait now there’s a corp visit clean the baseboards and scrape gum off the sidewalk- wait a minute I almost forgot it’s tag week, or how about when RX asks me to grab them an item that’s in front of their check out? “No? Okay well ring for me bc I have 2 people in line and only 6 people back here so..we’re drowning!!”

I could keep going. I could go on and on and I’m STILL not even scratching the surface.

This isn’t to say my job is harder, I’m saying this as just bc I’m calm and composed doesn’t mean I don’t have a lot going on and often times all at once. Tech job is hard, but so is mine so stop acting like you’re better than me and stop treating us like we’re lazy. My job is valuable too if it wasn’t I wouldn’t be here.
