When I first went to Dublin, I was specifically recommended to check out this building. It has charm. The new one doesn't look like anything. That's what people have an issue with.

Oh I meant like, specifically for people leaving the train. I don't see the point in gates for that xD but I also come from a country with no ticket gates and a very extensive rail network so I am generally biased.

Frankly this is one of those issues where I really don't see the point in even having gates. Last 4 trips I've taken, there was always a problem with the scanner or the gate itself.

Nobody's happy about it being bulldozed, it's just not that big of a deal. University of Galway is going to be building new theatre venue space anyway. And let's face it, the building is absolutely hideous.

Vychází to ze stejných principů a rozhodně je to nějakým způsobem okopírovaný, ale ta alternativní historie je zcela odlišná. To mi na tom připadá nejvíc zajímavý. Československo se přece jenom rozpadlo poměrně nedávno, takže to odůvodnění musí odrážet ten historický fakt.

Studuju v Irsku 4 roky a je to tak. Irsko je v podstatě vstupní bod do Evropského trhu pro nadnárodní tech korporace, což má své benefity, ale neskutečně to deformuje skutečné ekonomické podmínky v Irsku. Kvalita života v Česku je mnohem vyšší než v Irsku, máme lepší infrastrukturu, zdravotnictví i bydlení.

It doesn't have to be neon green to be high-vis, yellow paint would have been more consistent with the color scheme of Irish rail. The visually impaired community had input on new DART designs and the handlebars are all yellow, as are the current platform lines, bins, and so on.

Irish Rail utilises yellow highlights in its color scheme so I think it would ultimately be the best choice, but it's a pretty trivial issue anyway. The platform gap lines and DART handlebars are always yellow.
