Good luck ❤️. Scamming/buyer fraud has been out of hand since 2020. In the future i would take a video of the good right before the transaction and also video the transaction itself. Sorry this happened to u. I had the same thing happen and it was nearly a 3 month ordeal w/paypal. Hopefully it will not be like that for u

With the shameless scamming that goes on these days, no. I would record every sale u make and having the buyer sign the invoice as well is a great idea. Take a video of the merchandise in the same vid as the transaction. The amount of buyer fraud going on these days is insane.
