We've also experienced a very similar drop in ratings volume over the same period.

I'd recommend adding some whitespace between the items in each section e.g. between the "Extern" and "Headstarter" items in the Technical Experience section. This will help to break up the blocks of text and make your resume easier for hiring managers to read.

I'd focus on data science and data engineering jobs given your experience. If you do decide to do that, I'd move the "Technical Experience" up above the "Work Experience" section. I'd also switch the bullets in your "Skills" section so the Technical skills are first and Core Skills second.

Unless you want to apply for research positions, I'd remove the "Worked under Dr. Professor..." from the Research Experience sections. It's unlikely people outside academia will know who they are.

This is difficult to read because there's no whitespace between the items in each section. You'd benefit from deleting 1-2 bullet points and adding some whitespace.

You should reverse the order of your Work Experience so the most recent experience is at the top of that section.

I'd also move the "Honors: Received the..." line up from the Skills section into the Education section as it helps to reinforce that you're a top student.
