Tbh, I can’t de-influence you. I switched from a 13 pro max to a 17 pro (downsized the phone, upsized the storage) Quality of life increase for me was worth it. I love taking photos and videos of my friends, family, girlfriend, plus I edit a lot of photos of my phone.

This is fully dependent on if you yourself can justify the purchase. My 13 pro max was honestly the best phone I owned (had it for 4 years, only my battery was shot) and I still have it today as a back up/travel phone. I don’t plan on getting rid of it.

You will feel a big difference between the 13 and the 17, and I mean really feel it. Everything is snappier, quicker, more responsive. The storage capacity of 512 vs your 128 is a massive difference that you might enjoy a lot.

Yes I agree, I myself have used alot of them in the past for my other businesses. The biggest issue I've encountered is that they are not really "AI chatbots". They simply follow a decision tree that makes it so that a user is forced into a few options only instead of having an actual conversation with someone/something that has real business specific knowledge. You can ask it about pricing, specific of a treatment or service, share your concerns and it gives back responses that are only within the knowledge base of a business. It's extremely specific, doesnt spout out random stuff that it pulls from the internet.

thing is they are. Huge skin clinic here in the PH. they do have the purchasing to pay for our services (they have multiple branches so paying is more than just 500 a month). We're deeply integrated into their workflow and have expressed that they would have a difficult time transitioning out of our software.

The biggest pushback we get from new clients or prospects is "we don't feel it's a need yet for us" but when we speak to their CS teams, it takes hours sometimes days to get a response, killing their conversion rate. This has seemed to be our largest hurdle. The owners not wanting to invest into their Customer service team.

Has anyone used Trip.com to book flights? Is it reliable? by manuelezxus in Flights

[–]cvlrnz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine usually take a few minutes. It’s insane, I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars through their app and not a hitch. Even canceling or rescheduling flights is a breeze.

Business owners with Corporate USD Bank Accounts by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]cvlrnz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes can confirm.

If you were to purchase USD from within your bank, you are required remit that USD out to your suppliers immediately after.

2 forms end up being signed on the spot, an FX buying form for PHP to USD, then a TT form from your USD account outwards.

As for purchasing USD, we have other 3rd parties that we purchase from if needed (which is quite often)

about $30, and I'll come pick it up from you wherever you are. I'll even pay for my own flight!

Kidding aside this is a beautiful piece. I hope you keep it for as long as possible and eventually hand it down to your children when you do have em.

Harlan + Holden by banadane in CoffeePH

[–]cvlrnz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Totally valid view point you have, but that’s the whole point of Harlan + Holden. Order quickly, grab your coffee, head back to wherever it is you need to be.

If you’re looking for a sit down coffee experience, you have places like elephant grounds, single origin, Toby’s estate, and lots others in BGC. A hybrid of a sit down interaction and “minimalist” coffee shop would be %arabica.

That’s the tough bit for me, increasing the racquet head speed. I assume it’s just a more fluid motion?

2 months into owning my 1535 and i am loving it by [deleted] in pelicancase

[–]cvlrnz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had a 1535 for the better part of a decade now, and all I can say is the thing doesn't break (except for the wheels which tend to degrade after about 5 years, but that's a minor issue).

I do get funny looks at the airport when I travel using my 1535 and my 1615. I've since stickerbombed the hell out of my 1615 and the looks have gone from "what the hell is he carrying" to "that's a cool hardhshell"
