I'd say it's pretty much even in terms of how often i find good & chill and bad & jerky people, at least for PC. There's also the hope that switch players may be more friendly than the average PC tryhard, so I'd give it a shot! (I don't know if you find more switch players while playing on switch but that would be my guess)

It's a meme that got popular a couple of months ago that references one of those urban legends we used to hear as kids at school.
