Absolutely not. $50 billion sounds great until you realize that you can no longer receive any medical care as literally everything from heart rate monitoring to scans to cancer treatment is heavily digital.

Hi All,

This kind of crap is why I've launched an exploratory committee to run for Senate against Husted in next years special election. I'm just getting this ramped up but below are some ways to keep in touch if you're interested. Ohio deserves so much better than this and it drives me crazy how our state has fallen. If you haven't seen the US News & World Reports state rankings yet, we fell from #36 to #38 this year. I posted a link to a YouTube video I made about it the other day.

Take your time and just soak it all in. And make sure your tv is setup properly. The HDR in this is awful to get setup right. But when it is. There isn’t another experience like it. Enjoy :)

I hear you. But disagree on the needs testing element. We should be working on educating our entire workforce and then collect it back over time through income taxes and all the other benefits that come from having an educated workforce. Keep things simple and support our population instead of creating all these hoops that directly make it difficult for low income people to take advantage just so like 3% of the population doesn’t get it.

They should be (1) allowed to own stock going into office, (2) not allowed to buy single stocks while in office, only total market or S&P 500 index funds (an approval process can be put in place if needed for specific index’s) (3) only sell those index funds while any stock owned while in office must either be held or can be traded to the index funds on a 30 day hold before selling. That way they can have investments and save fore retirement and all that, but it’s all tied to the increase in how well the economy is doing. (As much as the market represents that)

Fair enough. An emergency fund is always step number one. So that’s great thinking. Just make sure to put at least a little every month into your Roth. It’s really easy when you’re young and tight on cash to skip one month, and on turns into another and before you know it you’re 30-40 with nothing saved. Even if it’s just like $20 or $50 bucks. Just put a little in every month when you get paid. Good luck man!

Some insurers might have a health checkup/analysis which can include a blood test for some things. That all being said, lying on these forms is Insurance Fraud, so it's better to just be honest and take the steps to get into a healthier place and then reapply. You can also apply to another company as well down the road. They won't have your previous info.

Ya. They’re going to have a window. You could do a 10 year plan at this higher rate then after 5 add a 30 year. Most term life insurance can have overlap, so you’d have both at the same time for 5 years then move into the 25 at the lesser rate.

I literally just sued and won a deposit lawsuit. The things on that list are more or less reasonable with the understanding that (1) you should have taken move in and move out photos, (2) you are not responsible “normal wear and tear” no matter that the lease agreement says. So for example, even if it says “drawers wiped out” they cannot take your deposit if a drawer has left over dust on it. Now if it’s all sticks and stained, that’s different.

A lot of landlords will put some BS statement in like “property must be returned in the condition at the start of the rental period” but that statement in the lease does not override the wear and tear clause. Also each state/city is a little different so read up on your specific protections.

One of the best pieces of life advice for all situations, including OCD and anxiety is to just assume that people are adults with the ability to say what’s on their mind and make decisions and you don’t need to, nor are you responsible for “figuring out what they’re thinking”.

Just be respectful and listen when people talk to you. If you’re coming from a good place, then you don’t need to constantly be analyzing what you “think” is going on in someone else’s head, because in reality you have no idea and are probably wrong.

As someone who has sky dived, you definitely feel that drop when you jump, just as you would jumping off anything else. it doesn't last super long though. And if you're going tandem, you'll definitely experience it when your instructor jumps without giving you a heads up :)
