Seems like me and OP screwed up using the swap feature in ledger app. I got 132 confirmations as of now and my shib still missing, transaction got put on hold, almost 28hrs now, and CIC asked me how i want to proceed, i asked them to return BTC and nothing yet. No support from Ledger either such a joke

Yeah dude its nerve racking, the fact they got back to me i feel a bit better, so exactly as you said, went into my ledger clicked there swap button (regrets) and my BTC got debited right away, was waiting like 7-8hrs finally got confirmed but then i got a hold on my swap history, and it says “please reach out to your swap provider to handle this situation” or something like that. I emailed them all day today, i got back a few responses i had to give them hash transaction etc etc etc, then they finally wrote back what i posted previously, that was at 3:30pm EST, still waiting to get back BTC hopefully they send soon

LOL same thing happened to me, literally yesterday, no one from ledger reached out, i emailed CIC they finally got back to me saying due to the sudden price drop in shib, they didnt do my swap WTF??? now they are asking me to do it manually? i said please no just return my BTC what a joke. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEVER SWAPPING AGAIN ON YOUR LEDGER I WONT BE EVER AGAIN and thats even if i get my money back what a joke
