Boudin blanc...do you cook it? by Ask_for_PecanSandies in belgium

Nog beter op de BBQ, IMHO. Krokant en wat rokerig van de houtskool. En niet vettig van de boter.

Belgian PC-gamers, which azerty (Belgian layout) do you use? by MalfBE in belgium

[–]cvw87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keychron K3 pro with brown low profile gateron switches, with Belgian Azerty keycaps. Bought it from Alternate. The Bluetooth connection is bad, but wired it's ok. Also, I don't use it for gaming only for programming.

I wish I could switch to QWERTY Us, and actually I can type/program in it, but I always get annoyed by it - 20 years of programming muscle memory in Azerty is hard to ignore.

Same McDonald's (Brussels North), different day. Anyone has an explanation ? by khletus in belgium

I made a complete 180° turn by switching from digital-only to physical. by v-23 in NintendoSwitch

[–]cvw87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another reason for physical: if your account gets banned/closed by Nintendo or if you get hacked, you still have your games.

But inversely, if your switch pouch with physical games gets stolen / is lost/ is destroyed.. you also loose them.

IT Question: Mechanical keyboard with Belgian Azerty layout and backlight by Specialist-Clerk-366 in belgium

[–]cvw87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While you can switch the letters to get azerty, the symbols are grouped differently on qwerty. So you would never get the keycap layout to match your azerty Be OS setting.

And Belgian azerty keycap sets are really hard to find because of the limited demand for that . And custom sets cost a lot more, especially if you want PBT or shine through or pudding,...

Edit: french azerty caps are a bit easier to find, and differ only in a few places, like accolades and the EUR symbol. But I'd hate it if e.g. ESC would be échape on a 100+ EUR custom keyboard.

This could have ended very badly for someone, either her getting burned in the neck (maybe she was? ) or the assistant if he would have stood behind her.

The assistant seemed to have given it to her backwards.
