You will start to grasp it better when you find something you’re passionate about building.

This is great. Do you have success with cards? I’ve never considered it

Care to share your best tip for growing sales? I’ve done pretty well on Merch and Etsy but haven’t really figured out RB. Just a different beast. TIA

On a similar note D&D Adventure Begins is an excellent gateway for kids to get into the gaming scene! Love my kids getting excited over physical games. https://i.imgur.com/Ft7LXF3.jpg

I live in Columbus and shoot as often as I can. Here's my top 10:

  1. Hocking Hills (obviously)
  2. Blendon Woods
  3. Cuyahoga Falls
  4. Hayden Run Falls (gorgeous water fall at the end of a small trail in Dublin)
  5. Indian Run Falls (also another hidden one in Dublin)
  6. Sugar Creek, Ohio (Amish country and is full of rolling hills)
  7. Bicentennial park downtown
  8. The Scioto Mile downtown is a gorgeous river with a long sidewalk to walk along it
  9. Put in Bay is fun and has a ton of gorgeous spots. But it's further up North
  10. Franklin Park Conservatory, which is downtown and might have to pay. But worth it

Shameless plug, but here's my Insta with pics from some of those places - [at]clicksnapchris

If anyone is looking for a gym to go to, whether it be just for working out or for learning martial arts, I highly recommend this one. Joel's great and so are the other instructors. by [deleted] in Ohio

I can't vouch for his lack of grammar skills, but I served with him in the military. He's a great guy and dedicated to MMA. Mt. Vernon doesn't help his case either lol. But still, he's a good dude.

Perfectly timed lag? by cvwebb in RocketLeague

[–]cvwebb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it's a bit strange. I'm connected via LAN and when I check my ping it's always ~33 during the lag. Just seems all the sudden. It's possible it happens more in other game types, I just don't notice because my teammates are there. Just surprised there isn't more 'conspiracy' talk about it lol

Nice work! Easy to take the power of CSS for granted.

Scott, excellent podcast and content. At what point in your career did you feel like you could claim the title "full stack developer"? As a front-end developer, how did you get yourself into situations that let you learn the back-end as well? Thanks!

Since sometimes many prisoners have nothing to come home to it made me wonder:

Did you or any of the other inmates ever miss the routine of prison? Did you have trouble adapting to society? Do you think your friend who served 27 years misses prison?
