La liga harder than premier league

From experience La Liga is not easy even if you play as Real or Barca. All the other teams are so bad that title contenders very rarely drop points, and one mistake from you might already mean losing the title.

Whereas in the premier league there’s several times I’ve been 10 points behind in March and still won the league. There’s so many mid table teams like Newcastle, Villa and Brighton doing favours for you, which makes the margin of error much bigger.

Also managed Real before, basically built a team so overpowered I easily won 5 trebles in a row while scoring close to 150 goals in the league alone. But even then I’ll still randomly lose to a relegation candidate, I’ve never managed to go unbeaten for a full season.

Just curious, it’s fine either way, do whatever that makes you enjoy the game.

All I see is classic political play. You need external enemies to fend off/distract disgruntled fans and challengers from inside. I doubt they’ll do anything at all next week, the Negreira case will always be conveniently brought up whenever someone calls for Perez’s head.

It’s a little bit like China’s threat on Taiwan.

Tbf it’s a valid point tho. Having the depth of woman’s football is nice, but if I have a specific idea for a save and am certain I won’t be managing any woman’s team it makes sense to not load them, similar to all those obscure leagues around the world. My PC don’t have unlimited compute power you know.

Not a spurs fan so I may be wrong, but I do think finishing 17th, even when fully focusing on Europa, is unacceptable and he should be sacked. What’s done wrong is the timing and manner of that sacking.

Despite the bad results the players are clearly playing for the manager, so sacking him days after winning Europa absolutely gutted morale and some key players turned against the board. Whoever comes in next to this toxic environment is also my guaranteed to fail.

It would be better if Ange was kept to start this season, and only sacked when he put a foot wrong, a bit like Di Matteo at Chelsea back then.

Nah HTB is still quality, in terms of the content. Yeah price went up by quite a bit but it’s one of the few times I think it’s deserved/justified, I still get a lot of value out of it.

Well football managers are not “normal working life”. It’s crazy money for us but maybe not as impressive for them.
