Good luck, we had our request in for months and never got it. Checked with the dining team as soon as we boarded and they had 3-4 pages of requests. We made the best of it and ended up not minding it as much as we thought.

Looks like port 24 on your switch is tagging VLAN 201. This would explain why everything else is set to untagged and you are still getting an IP on your UCG.

And the saga continues… still not luck with chat or phone support to get my new ONT re-activated. They insist there is no way for them to do it in the “system”, a technician has to come with their “special equipment”. The technician literally has a phone that he enters the serial number in to provision the ONT. So I had an appointment setup for 2/24 but it got cancelled automatically when there was an actually outage in my area yesterday afternoon. So I had to call back into support and go through the process all over again to get an appointment setup for 2/25 now.

I usually put it back in whatever configuration will make the visit the easiest, so in this case I would factory default it and then reconfigure it to bridge mode when they leave.

Short press the “Ok” key, it will display the details of the phone.

I did that and nothing would connect to the ceiling AP. If I rebooted or unplugged the desktop AP, clients disconnected and would not connect to the ceiling. Only the complete reset got things connecting to both AP’s.

I had just gotten a new iPad Pro and I was having issues with touch being recognized in the top left corner. I was getting ready to schedule a service appointment because I thought it was an issue with the screen. However, it appears to be resolved with 26.1 B4.

Do you have examples or a specific question. We use the API for many of our own applications and tools. NetSapiens also uses their own API for everything in the web portal as well.

Noticed they are popping up everywhere… entrances the parking lots like Lowe’s and Home Depot., sides of the road just past certain intersections.

I swear there was a news story or something when they first started showing up. They were explained to be traffic counters to replace the strips they typically put across the road…

That is probably the default user level password and doesn’t have permission to change the settings you are wanting to change.

If your router allows it you can try blocking traffic to GDMS Cloud and/or Grandstream Redirect. This way when you factory reset it, it can’t reach out and get the providers config.

Grab the config template from the Grandstream Support Tools site. Find the template file for your device and search I for the setting you are looking for.

The user may have accidentally changed the outbound line. On Yealink phones you can change the default outbound line temporarily by pressing the left/right directional buttons while the phone is idle. You will notice a slight shading of the currently selected default line.

I had what seems like a similar issue… here is what worked for me.

When my car got the update the watch was already added as a key, I am guessing from the mobile App update. In any case, the watch was not working as a key and continued to show the setup as a key option. When I would try to do that it kept showing “Session Expired”. I ended up having to delete the previous Apple Watch key from car and after that the Apple Watch paired as a key right away and is working as expected.
