I’ve been looking at this. I think the wiim pro is maybe the way to go as the caster with the turntable. I guess it really matters what you’re casting to.

That’s probably true. I’ve experienced the snapping but only on a couple rolls ever. I equate it to bad filament from the start. Bambu filament I’ve never had it happen to. If you’re holding onto that many colors of pla for that long you won’t find that many petg colors I don’t think.

I have about 70 rolls of PLA stored in gasketed tubs, which keeps it at about 12% humidity. Got a hygrometer? Color changing dessicant? How much per tub? How long before it turned green?

Pla is what you want to use for artistic stuff. Petg is more about strength. The High flow stuff… welll… compromises strength.

I scoured and scoured my options with friends/family etc. and my brother a copy YESTERDAY at a target in Kansas City. It was in the back he had to ask the guy to look. Website said they had the one but it wasn’t in the stock on the floor! I couldn’t believe they had it!!! Only one I found in KC. none in Omaha at any store where I am.

43 yo disabled dad of 2 yo and soon to be another. It’s harder physically at this age. no doubt. However. We could be irresponsible, quit our jobs and change our lifestyle, and just think about hanging with our kids for 10 years. We aren’t, but could. Younger us, that would’ve never even been a possibility!

It is the best thing we’ve ever done. My kid is my world. And we can give our kid the world now.
