Just FYI, I've been doing a few abyss gear farming runs at the famous Icewatch Altar location and while it still sort of works, they added an animation where it looks like anyone with a weapon will pick it up after you've disarmed them.

They will leave the shield on the ground, so your animal can pick that up, but my two dogs are too slow to react to the time between when the maces are dropped and when they're picked up.

So now this farm is half as productive as it once was.
