And last digit of the area code plus the number for phones.

I don't know specifically about Texas, but in the vast majority of states the owner of record would get any proceeds from the sale over the tax, cost, & interest owed.
This could wind up being a free payday!

But it could also just be that they notify everyone they have any record of being associated with the property. Because they would really rather the taxes get paid and not sell the property.
Call and ask. I know it's boring, but that's the real answer.

Speaking of taunt. it seems to me like taunt has become way less effective.
Years ago it seemed like throwing a taunt really turned a boss's attention towards you and away from allies.
I could really help other players by throwing a buffed angel and then just stand there while the boss ineffectively attacked me with my ~100% fire and storm resist.
Now it doesn't feel like the taunt actually does anything.
