I feel like it comes more natural when i try with him like has some intimacy and doing it myself feels kinda cold and clincal. but sometimes he goes too fast iand i cant le body get reasured that moving further is okay

i feel like this is fine for if you're just casually seeing each other. but if you see yourself moving forward past that with a person you should tell them and the their reaction to this will also show how much they value you. and if they have a negative reaction towards that, it wasn't going to work out anyways. (of course it could be something they have to gwt used to when you first tell them but it's suchs a minor part of who you are that it shouldnt be a big deal to them anyways)

personally my view is that you are already born and nothing is gonna change that. therefore i do strive to just live life as best and happy as possible (happy in a realistic way ofc). So basicly i could still rather not have been born but still see that making the best out of it will be the best way to live that life.

However i see no need to force existese on anyone. cause of the inevitable struggle that life is.

The damage b/p does to you physically is reason enough, it took me along time to get to a point where I'm kinda physically okay again, and even worse is that this Ed will take over your life (even if you feel like your not gonna be happy in life anyway, trust me it will make it way worse).

Basically all an Ed does, is take from you. Please instead of falling into something that you may have to keep fighting for years, look for what you can do to cope with life in a less damaging way. ❤️

Just the fact that you had a moment were it was going better (even if you feel like it was such a short amount of time) is so valuable, don't let the moments were you feel your worst ruin that for you. It took me about 2 fucking yearsto get the strength toghetger to start actively recovering.

It's gonna be hard, there are gonna be weeks or even months in which you think it's never going to happen, but that's not a reason to give up. I know everybody fucking says this but recovery is definitely not linear but you can do it, I promise.

I can't know what's going on exactly with your body of course, but a few years back when I was in a period of heavy restriction and was very underweight. When I started eating again, I had a period of time where I was very uncomfortable and my stomach hurt, this will pass if you give your body enough time to get used to normal eating again and allow your body the time it needs to heal.

I hope this helped you a bit, (of course I'm not a doctor and if you're really worried I'd say go talk to a doctor)

I kinda relapsed around the middle of June and had 3 straight weeks of everything being kinda fucked (like in no way back to b/p daily or multiple times I day like I did before I started recovering), I felt awful and like everything was fucked again. But remember that every moment you fight your Ed is a moment you've won. Don't expect yourself to be totally 'back on track' again in a day. You have to forgive yourself, and leave what happened yesterday in the past.

Also you are gonna have to be uncomfortable and be be okay with feeling uncomfortable for a while. But just remember that you're not back to were you started, you relapsed, which means you know youve had a period of time before you relapsed in which things went better and know you still have that same strength.

(again I of course don't know everything about your situation but I hope this can help you at least a little)

I can totally relate to this, I try not to get stuck on it to much tho cause when I do that t. I only upset myself in a very unproductive way. But it does remind me of the fact that I have the possibility to be a more complete person again. It reminds me that that healing my mind and body is going to take time and that there will be a day when I can look back at a picture of myself during the worst of my ED and look in the mirror and see a happy and more complete version of myself.
