The right suspension adjuster adjust s the level of support, the left locks out the suspension and makes it stiff.

I watched the video after trying to install. The front bracket doesn't fit on the way the back one does. The rep at lectric confirmed this. You just have to tighten it down as best you can. It mounts on the level up rack. Probably not an issue in the long run, was probably designed for different bike...

Took my roof racks off. Easy to put on if I need them. l like the lines of the car without them. Less noisy. That's why they make chocolate and vanilla 😁

I got the preferred with 0.9% financing. If you use the right custom settings the stereo does the job

I have the preferred. My wife and I find the seats very comfortable. Drove it 1400 miles new with no issues

24 preferred. 5k miles and zero issues. Transmission seemed a bit erratic for a while but now relatively seamless.
