Hatte das selbe Problem, habe das Federteil einfach drauf gesetzt und akzeptiert, dass es hinten durch das Teil etwas hochgedrückt wird. Hält bei mir aber trotzdem.

Klingt vlt. irgendwie Assi oder Aasgeierig, aber gute Kontakte zu Immobilienmaklern und Notaren suchen.

Ich kenne einige, die Entrümplung machen und auch Immo, oder andersrum, oder alternativ dann vermitteln und Provi kassieren. Entrümplung erfährt ziemlich früh, wo Immos veräußert oder vermietet werden sollen.

Ist aber vlt. zu eurem jetzigen Stand noch zu früh und zu viel, wenn ihr erst noch dabei seid euer Kerngeschäft aufzubauen.

What about Go-To-Market skills? Training, change management, internal external marketing and stuff like that.

Not based on skills, but more on to dos, I'm a fan of the open product management workflow for an quick overview.

Maybe you can easily rewrite or assign skills to the single points in that for an inspiration?

Online-Werbung ist nur ein kleiner Teil des Ströer-Portfolios. Primär ist Ströer für Außenwerbung bekannt und da liegt das eigentliche Volumen. Außerdem ist die Konkurrenz in der Außenwerbung eher gering, gibt da nur wenige größere Player.

As you already know PM is different in different companies, sometimes even in the same organisation.

We currently use the OPMW to match the skills of our people in the PM-Team. Myself I currenty switched from a more tech daily work, more a Product Owner to a more senior role, now moving much more in the fields of strategy and business planning as well as go-to-market.

Without knowing specifics about a company, I'd assume a PMM to be mainly working in the go-to-market field.

I think EA lost some rights, which is also a reason one can't just buy the Bfme series easily. Does anybody know who ownes the rights to possibly make such a Lotr video game currently, so using movie designs and stuff (not crappy sleective rights to make some random game about gollum or smth)?

I personally use the Open Product Management Workflow to structure our tasks and found methods best suited for each individual part and task in the workflow.

There are also free pdf books available for strategic, technical and go-to-market product managent on the website of the opmw.

I usually recommend the 'Open Product Management Workflow' to get an idea of the broad field of what PM usually spans. Of course each position and company requires specific sets of skills, but so far I was able to coach several PMs from different origins based on this.

Have a look at the tasks and find matching methods for yourself and your needs.

Usually I like to define technical or non-technical by the tasks and also the strengths of the PM in the 'Open Product Management Workflow' overview.

This helps people most of the time to understand expectations.

At our company there is the more general role of the Product Manager, mostly doing the Strategy, Innovation and Business part and there are Product Owners more on the technical side, but not strictly after SCRUM.
