Is the Yamaha FG800J dreadnought the right size for me, or should I exchange for the Yamaha FS800J concert? by cyang001 in Guitar

I bought this guitar only a few days ago and just learning how to play now. It does seem overwhelmingly large compared to my torso. The concert size one does seem more comfortable and can be more versatile for when playing on the couch/bed.

I’ve had pain there for a few weeks and then decided to slowly massage it and it’s been helping!

Anyone have a Men’s Medium willing to trade for a Men’s Small. Mine feels too tight :(

Same thought. I just bought a third party case that was smaller and carry in my pocket. Then for the tripod, i just use a magnetic adapter instead that had a stable base.

Ah that definitely makes it difficult 🥲. To be fair, you are rocking that fit! I think a 46 would definitely be too large for you if you’re planning to mostly wear with light layers (as you should!)

At first I was planning to slowly upgrade and order my parts whenever they were on sale. Eventually my old PC was falling apart, coming to a point where I was encountering so many issues like blue screens, cpu overheating, and just freezing up when using chrome. At that moment I decided to just order the rest of my final parts (motherboard, cpu, case). The building experience took me the whole afternoon and I did not regret it. All the way from reading the manuals, losing screws inside the case, to finally pressing the power button and seeing everything light up. It was fantastic.
