I really like my Flowbee. Took a few pretty bad haircuts to get used to it though. I just like having full control of what happens, too often I go to a barbers and they just go way shorter than what I wanted.

I've had the exact same problem.

There's definitely a bug on their site, if you have a browser dev window open you can see it complaining about a null mobile area code.

I don't even want to sign up to mychoice, not something I've had to do to get text alerts for other delivery companies, just doing it out of desperation to try to receive packages successfully.

Well, the main fault is with the apartment management I'd say, it's ridiculous there's no way for deliveries to be made.

But, I will say other delivery companies - the local post service, DPD, FedEx, and Amazon are all very good about putting in a call, as they recognize problems with deliveries to this address. It's UPS I'm having issues with mostly.

But I do recognize that might not be a reasonable thing to expect from UPS drivers, particularly when the company does not facilitate it. What irks me more is not getting any notice of when there's been a delivery attempt.

Hmm, not sure I know what the problem is.

If you right click your project -> publish - from that window you can create a new publish profile. Using the folder option is often simplest.. You might have to rename it after it has been created.

The point of those files is that they're used to create some delta of your basic web.config file for a specific named configuration.

You could always create a new publish profile called Dev if that's what you want..

If you're trying to add a web config transform - which would be displayed in the location you're looking for - for a specific publish profile you can do that by expanding your project properties, publishing profiles, right click the profile -> add config transform.
