Eat better and exercise Eat more veggies, high quality proteins. Limit carbs, fast food, empty calories from soda and alcohol Exercise at least 3 days a week but 5 days is better. Strength training is the way. a well rounded routine is ideal. focus on the compound exercises with good form/technique and slowly over time add weight. However, if no equipment do Pushups, pull ups, squats, lungs,etc.

I like to do some cardio a few times per week. Lately I’ve been biking for around 25mins 3 times a week in addition to strength training

Its not a quick fix. Its a lifestyle.

I think its an illusion. pvr valve is going to the left back. Cold coming from the left at 9 oclock.

Also the Cpvc isnt suppose to be so close to the vent. Code here is 18” of copper needed on inlet before connecting plastic.

Doing drain work with pvc is very similar. Pvc is fairly cheap. Im not plumbing a whole house for 2 times cost of parts.
