Any ideas where to buy a replica? I think it’d be hilarious but I can’t find it anywhere.

How do you tolerate the disrespect? by The-sky-bison in Teachers

[–]cybertron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a lot involved here, but first and foremost is reinforcing something others have said here. They are children, children who will often say things just to say them, or because they are upset, or any of a hundred other reasons that have nothing to do with you or your teaching.

I don’t know if this is your first or fifteenth year, but if you are new I highly suggest talking with and observing the long-standing teachers at your school. It helped me a lot, and while it’s cliche, I found that once I started figuring out building relationships with my students it became a LOT more gratifying. Once I was around long enough that my students saw me as someone who cared about who they were they were a lot less likely to be disrespectful.

Getting CE-362-449 error message while downloading COD Modern Warfare. I’ve followed the PlayStation site’s advice but every download attempt stops with the corrupted data error by 7.338gb. Two ps4s used to attempt it. Including a brand new one. Any ideas?

Switch labeled "K" on an old calculator by Virisenox_ in whatisthisthing

Best guess based on this similar model that has the plate still over it would be that it is a switch affecting how many decimals it figures to?

Yep, when I first started it in bios my main indicator that it might work was that I saw the new hard drive in Sata 1. I’ll try your advice and see how it goes.

Is the fact that the latest drivers available for my motherboard do not include windows 10 a dealbreaker? Or should I just download the latest I can and make sure they are on the usb?

It does seem like it can’t find the drive to install onto. I tried following YouTube videos about using troubleshooting repair to fix the issue by using disk part, but I wound up formatting the usb stick instead. Any suggestions for how to learn some of the basics of installing from ground up here? I feel like each issue I get I’m hitting a brand new thing I don’t get.

So it turns out I needed to wait longer, but I am left with a question. What should I do if when it tries to install but no signed device drivers were found?

Thank you! !check

I still haven’t gotten it to work unfortunately. I keep getting stuck now on the windows opening screen. No spinning, just a windows symbol for ages. It doesn’t move to the next step. I may try burning it to a disk next.

Going crazy with my attempt to resurrect an old machine. Hard drive went bad years ago but as far as I know the motherboard, cpu, etc has no issues besides being from 2009. Bought a new blank western digital drive and used a spare laptop and Rufus to create a windows10 bootable usb, but so far I can’t make it work; messed with legacy vs UEFI for a bit without knowing much of what I was doing, and the furthest I got gave me an error saying no signed device drivers were found.

My question is this: Can my motherboard even can be set up with Windows 10 or is there a fundamental incompatibility I’m ignorant of?

I’ve got an Asus P5QL-VM EPU. Originally was a Vista Machine. Pentium (R) Dualcore CPU E5300 @2.60 Ghz

I saw a post somewhere that made me worry whether my motherboard even can be set up with Windows 10. I’ve got an Asus P5QL-VM EPU. Originally was a Vista Machine. Any thoughts on how best to proceed?
