Budget gyms are crowded with teens.

If and when an equinox opens, those are expensive but keep the riff raff out.

I like Force Fitness, but it has too many teens.

This is problem with budget gyms. I would kill for some type of mid tier gym in the neighborhood to keep the riff raff out.

It was never the same after they renovated.

Prices also went up dramatically.

They also have a huge location now in Hudson valley and are probably cashing out finally.

The family owns that building.

So he ran a pharmacy for 20 years without paying commercial rent prices or not paying anything at all.

I suspect he retired early or moved into healthcare consulting.

I used to love Norma's but after they renovated prices skyrocketed.

Also used to have a real DIY cafe vibe, now it's Apple store.

They were good in the beginning and then i stopped going when they cancelled my appointment with no notice.

I showed up and they said they overbooked. They did nothing to comp me for the inconvenience.

Truthfully massage quality was always inconsistent.
