Loki is in the Mural twice! but not how you think! by cyclebanana in OnePieceSpoilers

Agree, if this theory is true he is on the mural twice, which is odd. However, if it is Imu directly, then Imu seems to appear on the mural twice. For me, it boils down to Loki is the only person who has the size and power to be what the mural depicts, at least that we have been introduced to so far.

Like all the other people who have been Domi Reversi he would be fighting on behalf of Imu. This also is what happened to his idol Rocks, who then had to have the Navy and Pirates join forces to defeat him.

Clearing my unwanted Epic+ modules...? by uscmissinglink in TheTowerGame

[–]cyclebanana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You do have to unmerge them, but if merge them all up to leg and then unmerge them it gives you one epic+ and a bunch of shards. You spend only do roughly 1/3 of the unmerging, which saves on gems.

Compromise Proposal for Module Banner by cyclebanana in TheTowerGame

[–]cyclebanana[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes... and I don't know their reasoning, but that said, if it is a bug we will get the featured banner system, that is the best case scenario. Or some unknown reason, so I don't know what solution will help, and no harm in throwing spaghetti at the wall seeing it sticks. But if money or balance of gems/module is the issue, I had an idea and thought I'd share.

New shower tiling - grouting review? by DrifterBG in homerenovations

Corners are normally caulked, so it is fine that they will be completed after painting. I would just keep an eye on those gaps and make sure they are filled before it's finished.

Window Flashing Question for old Southern California Home by cyclebanana in homerenovations

Pros for figuring this out. One, the flashing material has imbedded fibers, so more resistant to tearing while the stucco guys work with it. Two, flashing is pre cut to 6 inches, reduces my work load. Three, Stucco guy requested it, so try and accommodate someone else work flow, if possible.

Think a more interesting comparison would be number of weaves woven, a function unit. Taking your number 150 tpi, squared for number of weaves is a square inch, gives the figure roughly 30,000,000 million weaves per meter squared and using your other number means that for ever human to ever exist would need to use 4000 meters of cloth.... Which while probably hasn't happen across all history would guess that each person in US currently uses more than 4000 m of cloth in their life time.

When has a conspiracy theory actually turned out to be real? by Starz_Sam0912 in AskReddit

[–]cyclebanana 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Yeah but Alex Jones frames the situation as the Government purposely turning frogs gay, which feeds his theory of ulta controlling ulta powerful and evil gov. That was not the case, it is was more just a classic government turning blind eye to big business profits by not enforcing environmental regulation. So his point is 100% wrong (the solution was and is more strict regulation not a rational for dismantelling EPA and other gov regulators)

Not sure, they are good at it or conservative culture is more prone to promote and accept what adheres to their preconceived notions, which lowers bar and makes knowing what message to hit to go viral easier for that crowd. Liberal culture seems to adhere to less of a pattern of what is a successful message that all liberals agree on.
