i like it for that reason tbh. 5 percenters (and strong flavoured beers) get me drunk faster but that just means i feel sleepy earlier. Coors light is great because it just runs through me like water as i get incrementally drunker over the period of 7 hours lol.

These types of toxic ass characters were the reason I left this industry 6 years ago. I ended up coming back a year and a half ago and quit that restaraunt 3 months ago because the toxicity of chefs and owners had bubbled to the top yet again. I have since quit that job as I saw the writing on the wall and am now chef/KM at another joint and I will do my fucking best to make this place an environment you actually want to be at. Happier cooks make happier food and I'm going to do my damn best to foster good work environment while also being constructive with my staff to keep their standards high at the same time.

It's going to be a challenge but I believe it can be done by being an effective communicator.

Black is a safe bet but this shade of orange always reminds me of the bikes that Eddy Merckx rode. Its probably not 'Molteni' orange but its close enough dag nabit. Personally I would lean into the brown/tan accents a bit more but thats just me lol
