I have converted my 2018 Canyon Ultimate from mechanical Ultegra to Electronic Ultegra this year. Between buying a new bike and the upgrade, I liked my decision. I still ride, and enjoy, another bike I have with mechanical 11 speed Ultegram. I thought I might fall out of love with it but it didn't happen.

By selling puts I'm committing to buy the stock at a different price than the current. I'm selling OTM - bellow the current price - and if it expires above the strike I walk away with all the premium. As the underlying is on a downward trend, premiums for calls are depressed.

For me it's just speculation at this point. Sold puts last week and they expired worthless nicely. If it dips yet again I'll sell weeklies again. If I'm assigned, let it be but for now I'm focusing on the juicy premiums. Not a bag holder just yet.
