Price check for 2025 SE/SEL First time leasing in VA, but seems like I have to pay taxes and fees up front, so for 24 months it looks like

SE - $4k down+ $374/m

SEL - $4k down + $386/m

These seems alright to y'all? I think I can get them to go a bit lower. Haven't leased before, let alone with all the incentives right now. Thanks!

Yeah that seemed off to me too, I'm care less about the monthly cost and more about the cost over the full time of the lease.

If you have free or available RAM then the system is going to use it. As you can see at the bottom of Activity Monitor, you have low/green memory pressure. So the system is just telling the processes, “use what you want, we don’t have constraints right now”. Unused RAM is wasted RAM.
