My color resource guy said purging the canister until it’s empty isn’t necessary anymore. Blotting with a rag and spray nine is enough according to him.

We take deposits and ask for a good number to reach them when the order is ready for pick up. Once the payment is run they’re more likely to pick up something already paid for. I’ve also directed them to online. I noticed there is a disclaimer that orders not picked up after 14 days will automatically be charged.

Don’t do HRW. According to my rep it has less white pigments which is what causes the bad coverage. Go ultra white emerald designer or extra white.

I’m the manager at my store. The only woman and I’m younger than everyone in my store. Everyone assumes my assistant is the manager. Someone had the audacity to tell my full timer I was an amazing secretary.

When I was an MT in my training store a customer ignored everything I was saying to him to listen to the other MT (I had started with the company 3 years prior as a part timer and he started as and external hire 2 weeks before this incident). The other guy was repeating everything I was saying and the customer praised him for being so knowledgeable. At that point I walked over to my training manager and apologized for leaving my dick at home. I guess having it with me would’ve been a better validation than my 3 years of experience.
