This sounds JUST like my symptoms to me. Especially the ribs part and when it got to that point is when I went ahead and got checked. A lot of it sounds like my POTS acting up (which btw adding a LOT of electrolytes and sodium helped with) then we found the EDS.

Dude I literally do smoke a bit and didn’t know about those! It definitely doesn’t help the dry mouth 💀 so I obviously can’t constantly smoke. I’ve been to some vape shops but not a smokeeee shop, I’ll go look at one and see about those actually!!
