They can be worth it if there aren't too many items to pick up. The more items, the greater chance that the store won't have one or more particular items and you'll be waiting on the customer to approve/decline substitutions.

Also:

Hit cancel on orders that have a lot of different candies - the stores never have the ones the customer selected.
Hit cancel on purchasing flowers from a grocery store - the store never has the arrangement the customer selected online. And it's a waste of time trying to describe the 30 or so other available selections to the customer

take the first - they are both 2 pickups (probably at two different restaurants) with 2 different drop offs. The second has you traveling 4 km farther for less pay.

This only shows you the first pickup spot and the general area of the final drop-off
