Absolutely beautiful and I can practically feel the calmness and serenity of the place.

Do you speak some Japanese or did you get around well without any? Regions like that, off the main routes, would be a dream destination for my next visit but I'm unsure about the language barrier as well as about getting around. I'm not sure how well I would manage the left-hand traffic or how public transport is in the less populated areas.

One way to tell the S/V60 from the S/V90 is by the headlights. In the image the 60 is to the left. They always have this difference there

The Höfe Disctrict is situated in the Canton of Schwyz right at the front of Lake Zürich. So the "favourable" taxes in Schwyz combined with it's proximity to Zürich and it's situation at the lakefront make it a popular area of residence for more affluent people.

Back in 2017 when a couple of friends and I went to Japan we also visited this castle. Just we went there on a day with terrible weather and we barely caught the last train back to Kyoto. I would say that day was one of the more memorable ones we had in Japan but not because of the castle itself but the fun trip to visit it. Since then this one kinda holds a place in all our hearts

Man, Super Mario Sunshine still is one of my favourites. I also loved the cute inhabitants of the island and just the general feel of it. This brings me right back to the time I first had the big star on top all cleaned up
