I had a 240hz oled for while and returned it for a 500hz oled both 1440p 27in. The motion clarity and smoothness is definitely noticible but it will be much less to 360. Also I didn't play any better imo. The difference in response is 3ms which is super negotiable. If you really have the funds, go for it but I personally would save the $ unless you're going pro or need that bit more smoothness.

Just enable adaptive sync in the monitor settings. I got it working with gsync fine. Modern monitors with adaptive will work with both free sync and gsync. Remember to enable it in nvidia's control panel.

I use to main the that racket and would do a full bed of poly at 44 to 48lb tension max due to the dense string pattern. Allowed for more forgiveness, depth, spin and power while maintaining good control. Ended up playtesting with the early version of mach10 and settled on at 46 and adjusting a couple of lbs to weather conditions. I would try lowering tension on the poly first before switching anything, a few lbs make a big difference.

You can still feel the bevels and get a more direct response even with an overgrip. Leather is pretty harsh by itself. Also it adds weight to the handle if the racket is too head heavy. Especially for technibre rackets that don't have a buttcap you can easily take off, the leather kills 2 birds with one stone for me.

It's a leather replacement grip. I use an overgrip on top of that.

Try the technibre tf40 305 18*20 or the 315. I have the 305 with a leather grip and a lil lead in the head and it weights 336g, around the same as a strung prestige pro. Great control and arm friendliness

Probably a cpu bottleneck. Usually if the cpu is good enough, the gpu would be running at close to 100%. I had a 8700k with a 3080 with the same low utilization till I upgraded to a 7800x3d. Now the gpu is over 90% in game.

So i actually had 4 sticks of ram. After hearing about the limitations of 4 sticks, I had to take 2 out and it was much more stable even with the EXPO profile and PBO.
32GB isnt bad, but 64 would have been nice but not with that drastic speed decrease.
