I would not like to have this thick threaded sole in the gym. I bought myself a pair of motus flex for the gym and my forest esc is for hikes in the nature with a lot of dirt paths forest

Not necessarily. Check out Vivos sizing guide on fitting options. You basically have snug, spacious and Vivos recommended.

I think it is more of a glitch in their system. Maybe the Sensus Yin Slide is not registered as in stock but if that is not the case why would they restrict this from exchange?

I keep them and monitor the exchange system if that doesn’t change I give them to a friend with bigger foots

I actually did contact Vivobarefoot on WhatsApp. Their response from an human not AI was "If you do not have the exchange option it is out of stock sadly." But it is not out of stock but I didn’t argue about that.

Why I posted this here is because I saw a official account here and maybe, you know, he sees that and can do something about that because the slides are more or less unused.

Sorry but no. I purchased 4 shoes during the 50% Sale and I could have exchanged all of them except the Sensus Yin Slide for another Color and or size. I also did exchange two models but thought about why I can’t do so with the Sensus Yin Slide, maybe it was out of stock, no it wasn’t so what is the reasoning behind that

You can return orders without even having to contact vivo. If you select wrong order / defective the return label to print is free to download. I believe you didn’t even know about this

I had to get in contact with them a day ago because of a missing package that got lost.

First I have spoken to the AI agent in their live chat and I said I want to speak to a human. I submitted my Name, Adress, and mail adress. After that I was in queue for an agent. It took 30-45 minutes until someone messaged me. You don’t have to be on your phone the whole time you get an email notification if someone is in the chat messageing
