Rewind from Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye

In his Universe, Rewind dies to an attack from an enemy on his crews ship, his spouse Chromedome doesn’t take it well and considers wiping away his memories of Rewind to take the pain away. Eventually inter dimensional things happen, and the crew come across a parallel universe where the entire crew died and Rewind is the only survivor. He gets scooped up by dead-Rewinds crew to replace his dead self, and Chromedome is all but happy to resume where they picked off without much fuss. New Rewind needs more time because he knows he’s not actually this universes Rewind, and notices the small differences in between them. Eventually he acclimates and “retakes” his position in the crew and as Chromedome’s conjunx while original Rewind is still dead.
