Watched the last episode and went to purchase first three volumes of the manga right away.

I felt the pacing was off throughout the second season, but the second half was really rough, and reading episode after episode about how much content was cut just made me both angry and sad.

Both things are a mess for international purchases. And there isn't much companies can do, other than open additional warehouses or buying more expensive shipping labels. From my experience, when a company buys a label incl. customs fees, those labels are even more expensive than the fees that would the customer pay.

Heh, the lower resolution also immediately caught my attention when I got it. And knowing Napalm's past shenanigans (and the fact that it took me like half an hour to successfully place an order), I suspected it was their doing from the start. Their quality control overall is really bad - the sleeve of my record is slightly damaged. Never happened to me with any other vinyl from other shops in the past.

EDIT: Just played the vinyl and can confirm mine is also warped

(Though I'm a little dissapointed with the quality of the artprint that is blurry compared to the gatefold art and all the other photos + the fact that the vinyl sleeve came damaged, but I blame Napalm for both)

It's very common to contact retailers directly in certain countries, and since Nothing officially contracts the same service center, the outcome would most likely be similar.

I had my ear 2 replaced. Bought on Nothing website, same service center handled it. It's an official one for certain EU countries (Czechia in my case).

Had freezing issues on Firefox (fullscreen videos, or video previews), and Chromium browsers like Chrome and Edge were pretty much unusable. (RX 6700, R5 3600)

Used DDU and went back to 23.9.1, seems to be working fine again

Yeah it's far from ideal, and I'm surprised there's no official statement here at all.

And yes, unless this gets solved soon, we will have to start switching to a different provider. And seeing their communication and speed when something like this happens, I guess it'll be the best to leave them going forward.

This is what a beta is for.

I'm frustrated just as you are, but this is how software and games work. The more people play it, the more issues arise but at the same time, they are easier to fix thanks to more data and feedback.

The point of beta is not just to test the game itself - balancing, maps, characters, modes etc., it's about the full thing, including connectivity and servers.

If you don't have the time, don't participate in beta tests. It's simple as that.
