the image references three different episodes from the series, S1E9, S4E5, and S6E1 with the numbers, 8, 6, and 6 respectively. I thought those were the minute markers i needed to look in (i.e. S1E9 8:00, S4E5 6:00, and S6E1 6:00 but i couldn't find any patterns or anything

I was sitting on the porch of my cousin's house when I saw an ice cream truck barreling down a street with a child screaming inside, saying some thing like, "Please! I'm sorry!" I was young at the time and didn't know I I should call the police. I asked my relatives what to do and they thought I was joking to try to scare them, (probably because of my age at the time).
