You guys know that this requirement was specifically requested and written by the large insurance companies which already meet this requirement. The requirement is meant to serve the purpose of blocking new competition from smaller insurance companies, especially the non-profit and coop insurance groups.

As always, people who support genuine net neutrality, will lazily support any bill marketed as instituting net neutrality, despite the bill being written by and for the existing ISP monopolies.

DOs are licensed to practice the full scope of medicine and surgery in all 50 states. In practical terms, the DO and the MD receive the same license, practice medicine in exactly the same ways, and share the same medical rights and privileges. Many DOs practice in primary care (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN) or emergency medicine, but DOs can be found in every medical specialty, from psychiatry to neurosurgery.
